Our house is the PERFECT home-away-from home for Lackland AFB graduations, or family trips to SEA WORLD! We are located less than 1 mile from Sea World (you can watch the roller coasters from our front yard. :)) We are also located within minutes of Lackland Air Force Base (perfect for BMT graduations), and most importantly, we are located less than 1 mile from 151, which provides a straight shot downtown (less than 20 minutes to the Alamo & River Walk). Westover Hills, the area where our home is located, is one of the nicest and fastest growing areas of San Antonio. We are also minutes from shopping, dining, the Hyatt Hill Country Resort (fabulous golf course), the Hilton Hill Country Resort, La Cantera (high-end shopping), and Six Flags.

Our home is perfect for corporate rentals, or just a fun weekend retreat with LOTS of perks! Our home is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a loft (upstairs living area) with a bunk bed and sleeper sofa. Of course, everyone's favorite feature is the private pool and lush landscaping in the back yard with outdoor living area, deck, and stainless steel grill for outdoor fun!

The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. We do manage a few different properties, some of which have hot tubs, so please inquire if you are looking for that amenity.

Inside, the vaulted ceilings make the living room feel HUGE. 2 dining areas (eat-in kitchen plus bar stools and formal dining room), modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new paint and flooring throughout, are just a few of the other super-cool features. The bedroom layout is as follows:
