  While we want our guests to enjoy themselves, we have a zero tolerance rule for parties/ large gatherings. Out of respect for our home and neighbors, please contact us if you plan any gatherings exceeding the number of guests on your agreement.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are only allowing 10 people at our home during this time. Our home does sleep up to 14 people. If you are looking at future dates please be sure to inquire as to when we will be able to lift the restrictions.

Always a top vacation rental, our home now can accommodate 14 people, and has become a favorite among our guests who come back year after year. You'll understand what we mean when you see this tropical paradise located right in the middle of San Antonio close to all of the major attractions. We are conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio:

-6 miles to Sea World, Medical Center and Government Canyon State National Area
-12 miles to Lackland Air Force Base or SIX FLAGS
-15 miles to downtown Riverwalk, Alamo & more!

When you rent this home, you get the entire home and property! This home has 4 bedrooms (all located upstairs) and 2.5 baths in the main home with a 25'x15' guest house (containing 2 bunk beds, and a pool table). With included air mattress, we can accommodate up to 14 people. The bed layout is as follows:

Master: King w/ TV & ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ TV
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunks (4 bed spaces)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Guest House: 2 bunk beds (4 bed spaces)

Everyone's favorite feature is the spectacular PRIVATE pool, closely followed by the pool table in the guest house. The perimeter of the back yard consists of a wide variety of fruit trees including: grapes, oranges, lemons, limes, avocadoes, plums, peaches, pears, and several other varieties. Be sure to help yourself to fresh fruit!

POOL INFO
The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. We do manage a few different properties, some of which have hot tubs, so please inquire if you are looking for that amenity.

Other amenities include mounted flat screen TV's in the living room and guest house, flat screen TV in the master and 2nd bedrooms, wireless internet, stainless steel gas grill, pool table, modern kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, washer & dryer, and MUCH MORE!

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
